Jeff Kaulbars is a father and business owner. In 1995 he started Grow Inc. a tree and lawn business. The business grew into a full service lawn, tree, landscape and irrigation company with nearly 100 employees. Effective Febuary 1, 2014 Jeff Kaulbars successfully restructured Grow Inc. and it now operates only as a tree service. On the weekends you will find Jeff Kaulbars watching his son playing football or at the beach playing volleyball.
